Under the framework agreement between the two provinces of Yen Bai and Val-de-Marne (France) in from 2014 -2019, from 15 -20 May, the delegation of Val-de- Marne and the Inter-Provincial Union of Waste Water and Sanitation in Paris (SIAAP) led by Sandrine Bénezet - Engineer, Department of Integrated Wastewater and Wastewater Treatment, The Val-de-Marne Provincial Council, head of the delegation worked with Yen Bai province on the project "Support to establish the master plan for collecting wastewater in Yen Bai city".

The Department of Foreign Affair, Department of Construction and relevant department, branches and agencies welcomed and worked with the delegation.
At the working session with the provincial departments and agencies, the Val –de- Marne delegation thanked Yen Bai province for the careful preparation province.
The delegation worked with Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Construction to analyze bids of Yen Bai units on the project "Support to establish the master plan for collecting wastewater in Yen Bai city".
Two sides also discussed about the project on “Developing Francophone space" to help community tourim welcome French tourists in Yen Bai. The delegation highly appropriated the initial results that the project gained. The delegation also committed to continue to support to develop about the quality and scale of the project.
Besides, Yen Bai and Val de Marne also discussed about the implemention of some cooperation projects between two provinces recent times.
