YBP- On 11th March, the delegation visited pig farm of Dam Mo Co., Ltd. in Minh Bao commune, Yen Bai city and Hoa Yen Co., Ltd. of Hoa Phat Group in Luong Mon village, Luong Thinh commune, Tran Yen district.
They highly evaluated the application of high technology into breeding of these two units; however, they indicated current shortcomings, such as: the typography is not suitable for the livestock; the task of waste treatment and deodorization does not meet the requirements, the waste is not made use of with the highest productivity to become energy, etc.
In the working session with Departments of: Agriculture and Rural Development, Foreign Affairs, Planning and Investment on discussion about cooperative potentials of developing pig breeding, the delegation introduced their high-technology pig breeding model from pigsty construction to breeding and waste treatment. They said that, in livestock sector in Ukraine, the process of waste treatment and deodorization is controlled strictly; 80% of the amount of breeding waste can be recycled to take advantages.
