The provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside and coordinate with the Department of Health, the Provincial Police, and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to select and work with enterprises, business households providing accommodation and hotel services in the area to arrange to be isolated places for health officials and officials in charge of epidemic prevention in if quarantined; at the same time guide accommodation establishments to fully comply with the regulations on disease prevention and control under the guidance of the Health Service.

The provincial police directed the police of districts, towns and cities as the core to organize isolation for health workers and officials  who must be isolated at district level on epidemic prevention and control tasks with professional assistance of health authorities.

COVID-19 Steering Committee for prevention and control of districts, towns and cities ensures necessary conditions for anti-epidemic workers to be isolated in accordance with regulations and ensure that safety conditions if the insulated person still has to perform the task. Strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly deal with regulations on violations of regulations on isolation, neglect and subjectivity in COVID-19 prevention and control.
