YBP - On July 3, the provincial People's Committee issued Decision 1359/QĐ-UBND approving the list and funding support for people facing difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic specified at Point 4, Section II of the Government's Resolution No. 42 / NQ-CP dated April 9, 2020 (phase 5 in 2020).
Under this decision, 236 employees of Yen Bai City, Yen Binh District and Luc Yen District were terminated labor contracts, working contracts but not eligible for unemployment benefits; employees who do not enter into labor contracts and lose their jobs (defined at Point 4, Section II of the Government's Resolution No. 42 / NQ-CP) are entitled to a support level of VND 1,000,000/person/month. Support period of 1 month. The mode of support is one-time payment directly in cash.
The total funding support for people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic specified at Point 4, Section II of the Government's Resolution No. 42/NQ-CP of April 9, 2020, is VND 236 million.
