In May 2022, Yen Bai province granted new establishment registration certificates to 31 enterprises, accumulated in 5 months the province has granted 135 enterprises, which  increased by 9.8% over the same period, with a total registered capital reached VND1,222.7 billion; established 29 new cooperatives; 228 cooperative groups. Up to now, the province has 2,791 enterprises, 596 cooperatives, 5,776 cooperative groups, 25,894 business households.

In the coming time, Yen Bai province will continue to effectively implement the policies issued by the central government and the province on supporting businesses and supporting economic development; continue to promote comprehensively and synchronously administrative reform in order to improve the efficiency of investment attraction in the province; improve the quality of business support activities such as trade promotion, support in finding markets and partners, training human resources, and building brands. At the same time, the province implements effectively the program "Weekend with people and businesses", the program "Coffee entrepreneurs" to listen and promptly solve difficulties for businesses.
