The conference to connect trade between suppliers in the North and North Central region and export enterprises and trade promotion organizations taken place at Vietnam Trade Union Hotel, 14 Tran Binh Trong, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, attracted nearly 200 participants including: Leaders of People's Committees of provinces and cities in the North and North Central regions, leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Departments of Industry and Trade, the Centers for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion of the provinces; Industry associations, embassies, foreign trade promotion organizations and businesses.

The conference provided information and solutions to help businesses promote the export of goods directly to foreign distribution networks and effectively participate in the global production value chain. At the conference, experts, speakers and delegates exchanged and discussed two main groups of content including connecting consumption of local products through domestic distribution channels and connecting local product consumption to distribution system in foreign markets.

The area to display and introduce typical products of localities in the North and North Central regions at Tran Nhan Tong pedestrian street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi attracted the participation of more than 300 suppliers, cooperatives, businesses from 23 localities in the region. Participating in the Trade Connection Program, Yen Bai province had 1 booth with 8 enterprises and cooperatives participating in displaying the province's key products; typical agricultural and industrial products such as tea, products from cinnamon, products from Tao meo, Suoi Giang tea, Gioi Phien vermicelli, Luc Yen red peanuts; Nasaki color tiles; plywood export...
