YBP – Yen Bai provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision of approving investment policy of constructing Hoa Sen – Yen Bai building material factory in communes of Minh Quan and Bao Hung in Tran Yen District of Yen Bai Province.

The objective of the project is to construct the building material factory to meet the needs of the market, contribute to socio - economic development the province; create jobs and income for the employees of the enterprise; contributing to the state budget.
The estimated total invested capital of the project is 1.050 billion VND, of which, the own capital is 160 billion VND; the loan capital is 890 billion VND.
The project is divided into 3 stages:
Stage 1 (From the date of issuing the Decision of approving investment policy to 9/2018): Building 01 production line of corrugated foam iron sheet; 06 production lines of laminating steel pipes; Warehouse - finished materials.
Stage 2 (From 9/2018 to 3/2020): Building 01 production line of corrugated foam iron sheet; 06 production lines of laminating steel pipes; Warehouse - finished materials.
Stage 3 (From 3/2020 to 9/2021): Building 01 production line of corrugated foam iron sheet; 10 production lines of laminating steel pipes; Warehouse - finished materials.
The duration of the project is 50 years from the date of approving the investment policy.
