Enhancing support and exchange of experience in tourism human resource training, training and improving the qualifications of officials and employees of the tourism and service; Creating conditions to support each other in tourism development activities and programs; coordinating in trade promotion and e-commerce development; communication information, digital transformation.

This is an activity aimed at promoting cooperative relationships, actively exchanging information, sharing experiences, helping to maximize the potential and advantages of tourism and preserving the cultural identities of the above ethnic groups in Sa Pa town, Lao Cai province and Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province, making an important contribution to the development of the two localities in particular, realizing the agreement between Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces in general. …
