The Plan includes following activities:

Incense offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and a ceremony to visit the martyrs' cemetery on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and welcome New Year.

* Establish provincial delegations to give gifts on the occasion of Lunar New Year Giap Thin 2024 to policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution; elderly; poor households have special difficulties; village elders, village chiefs, and village chiefs; agencies and units on duty during Tet, serving the people during Tet.

* Organizing an art program to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and a special art program "Yen Bai - celebrating the Party, celebrating New Year" on New Year's Eve at August 19 Square, Yen Bai city.

* Organize fireworks displays to celebrate New Year's Eve at 08 locations in Yen Bai city, Nghia Lo Town, Tran Yen District, Van Yen district, Luc Yen district and Yen Binh district.

* Organizing display activities, exhibitions, national cultural performances, film screenings to celebrate the Party, celebrate New Year at the Provincial Museum, Provincial Library and Hong Ha Theater, 19/8 Square…
