With over 400ha of pomelo growing area, including 19.7ha of pomelos from the Dai Minh pomelo specialty Cooperative that meets the conditions for export to the US market. To maintain the granted growing area code, Sub-department of Cultivation and Plant Protection of Yen Bai province has requested that the Dai Minh pomelo specialty Cooperative receive and manage the granted code; organize the implementation of regulations for export growing areas according to US market requirements, avoid mixed use or code theft; take the initiative to record farm diaries, update information on the national database system for growing area codes and packing bases at https://farmdiary.online; present full dossiers on growing areas when inspection is requested; apply GAP cultivation and pest control measures on farmland according to professional agency recommendations; timely inform the management agency about the use of codes, export agricultural product consumption and any issues arising in growing areas for effective coordinated handling.
