At the conference, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan appreciated the efforts of all levels and sectors in implementing socio-economic development tasks in the first 6 months of 2024.

To complete the socio-economic development targets and tasks for 2024, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan requested that departments, boards, localities and sectors seriously, effectively and comprehensively implement the Resolutions, Conclusions and Programs of the Central Committee, of the provincial Party Committee and People's Council, linked to the goal of "Basically completing the targets set out in the 19th Congress Resolution of the provincial Party Committee by the end of 2024" to concretize into specific tasks and solutions for implementation.

Based on the results of the first 6 months, departments, sectors and localities should promptly review and objectively and comprehensively evaluate underachieved targets compared to scenarios to have effective solutions and strive to fulfill socio-economic development targets and tasks for 2024; clarify monthly and quarterly tasks linked to the responsibility of each individual and collective in implementation. Strengthen and fully carry out responsibilities in coordinating work among agencies and localities; overcome the psychology of fearing mistakes and responsibility in work processing; encourage, protect officials who dare to think, dare to act and dare to take responsibility for the common interest, contributing to promoting work progress, and improving the leadership and direction efficiency of the provincial People's Committee and its members.
