A Mong woman in Mu Cang Chai district said that weaving has long been associated with daily life. The weaving was passed on from generation to generation and this work brings a unique culture of Mong women.

YBP - The Provincial People's Committee issued Official docucment No.874 on reviewing and implementing social security policies and listing support beneficiaries and Official docucment No.875 on reviewing and implementing support mechanisms, policies due to the impact of Covid-19.

YBP - The provincial People's Committee issued Official document No. 836 to request Directors of Departments: Culture, Sports and Tourism; Health, Provincial Public Security, Head of COVID-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee of districts, towns and cities, Presidents of People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, related agencies, units to implement the isolation for COVID-19 prevention and control.

YBP - The Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 832 requesting departments, agencies, unions of the province; COVID-19 Disease Prevention and Control Steering Committee of districts, towns and cities; organizations, enterprises, production, business and service facilities in the province to strictly implement urgent measures to prevent and combat COVID-19, and at the same time provide specific guidance and direction in accordance with the spirit of Directive No.16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister in the province.

With the motto "Enterprises are both motivation and internal force for the development", leaders of Yen Bai province always listen to solve difficulties for businesses.

Besides implementing aid projects, the NGOs also helped promote Yen Bai to the international community. 

On March 10th, the Delagation of Japan International Cooperation Agency led by Ms.Yanagisawa Miki - Senior Advisor of the volunteer program had a meeting and courtersy to the leaders of the Yen Bi Provincial People's Committee on the occasion of ending the term of 2 Japanese volunteers in Yen Bai province. Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Vice Chairman welcomed and worked with the delegation.

YBP - The People’s Committee of Yen Bai province issued a plan on external cultural activities for 2020 in order to enhance the promotion, introducing Yen Bai image to international friends and accelerate the process of international integration and create conditions to support socio-economic development in the province.

YBP - On March 1, Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with businesses and investors in 2020. Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the provincial People's Council attended and spoke at the meeting.
