YBP- On July 3, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang – Vice Chairman of Yen Bai PCC worked with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Yen Bai.

YBP- In the first six months of 2017, Yen Bai has reformed and raised the quality of the reforming administrative procedures, business-investment environment.

YBP - Currently, Yen Bai has 4 industrial zones, with a total area of 722 hectares, including 3 national industrial parks, one provincial industrial park and 10 industrial clusters with a total area of 398.78 hectares. Particularly, the industrial zones of the province are planned to follow the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, which is very convenient for investors in the circulation of goods.

YBP - In 2016, Yen Bai issued investment decisions for 38 new projects. A number of projects have been granted the decision to adjust investment certificates with large scale and investment capital of economic groups and potential enterprises such as Hoa Sen Group, Vingroup Group, Chan - Thien - My group, Loc Huong JSC.

YBP- In tourism – services, Yen Bai province will focus on exploiting potential and strengths to develop tourism – services

Mu Cang Chai is a difficult-mountainous district, but this district has many potentials to attract enterprises inside and outside the province. Beside hydro-electricity projects, the attraction of investment on agro-forestry product processing, tourism is creating prosperity for this upland district.

YBP – Projects invested in tourism and services in Yen Bai province will enjoy preferential policies and a lot of investment supports.

YBP – Over the years, many investors have chosen Yen Bai as a stop-over; Among them, there are many big investors in the garment sector from Korea.

YBP - With the objective of attracting investment to develop tourism to make tourism become an important economic branch of the district, creating a motive force for socio-economic development; Shifting labor structure and economic structure towards reducing the proportion of agriculture and forestry, increasing the proportion of tourism and services in order to create jobs and increase incomes for people, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction, to build Mu Cang Chai tourism image, to increase the attraction to tourists inside and outside the country, the Standing Committee of Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee promulgated the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 35 dated 18/10/2016 of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee on tourism development in Yen Bai province in period 2016-2020, orientation to 2025.
