According to the plan, within the framework of the ceremony to welcome and open the Muong Lo Culture and Tourism Festival and the discovery of the special National Landscape of Mu Cang Chai terraced fields in 2022, there will be 5 main activities: the welcoming ceremony and the opening ceremony; street parade; space for displaying and performing cultures of ethnic groups; exhibiting photos of the heritage of Vietnam's Xoe Thai Art and "Beautiful tourism photos of 8 Northwest provinces"; the fair for exhibition of OCOP products, stalls introducing Luc Yen gem products and culinary culture.
