Organize events to introduce the cultural identity of ethnic groups, tourism potential and strengths of Yen Bai province in the series of events of the National Tourism Year. Participate in the Red River Festival and build a cross-border tourism model on the Red River and Nam Thi River; organize a delegation of officials, businesses, and typical tourism businesses of the province to study experiences in developing community tourism in Ha Giang province; organize a conference to promote tourism investment; Organize meetings with photographers and tiktokers in the province.

Along with that, focus on developing tourism products in the regions, developing cultural and historical tourism products associated with local cultural activities and festivals; maintaining and improving eco-tourism and resort products, developing green tourism associated with unique experiences, creating attraction for tourists; continuing to improve the quality of community tourism products associated with indigenous cultural experiences, building standard models; continuing to maintain and improve the quality of discovery, experience and adventure tourism products, such as: Mountain climbing, cave exploration and developing sports tourism products; continuing to improve professionalism in building culinary tourism products of Yen Bai ethnic groups.

Exploit and develop the inter-provincial tour product "A route of 5 destinations" along the Tram Tau - Bac Yen route. At the same time, deploy tours and routes to serve customers connecting localities outside the province with localities of the province, connecting with travel companies outside the province.

Organize provincial-level festival events, such as: Muong Lo Cultural and Tourism Festival 2025; Ceremony to announce the listing of the Tay people's "Khap Coi" performing art as a national intangible cultural heritage. It is known that in the first quarter of 2025, tourism became a bright spot in the province's economic picture. The entire tourism industry welcomed 742,335 visitors (up 7.1% over the same period); international visitors reached 83,582 (up 0.7% over the same period in 2024); revenue reached over 632.2 billion VND (up 16.9% over the same period). The whole province has 564 accommodation establishments with a total of 4,631 rooms and 7,558 beds. There are currently 270 types of accommodation with rooms for tourists to rent (homestay). Yen Bai currently has 5 travel agencies, including 1 international travel agency, 4 domestic travel agencies; 2 shopping establishments that meet the standards to serve tourists.
