In Official document No.874, the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment and related departments and agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities  to review, collect and synthesize all current social security policies of the Central Government and the provinces in support of beneficiaries in the area affected by the Covid-19 epidemic; review and synthesize the number of beneficiaries in the province according to the 6 support contents of the Government stated in the Government's Resolution on measures to support people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

In Official document No.874, the Provincial People's Committee assigns Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with related departments and agencies to draft a report of the provincial People's Committee on summarizing the supporting mechanisms and policies for businesses affected by Covid-19 and specifying the level of support to beneficiaries under the policies of the Central and the province (which clarifies which policies the enterprise has been entitled to, which policies businesses have not yet enjoyed ...); difficulties, problems, proposals and recommendations (if any).
