With the theme "Van Yen Cinnamon - Brand reaches far", the festival is expected to be held in 5 days, from October 13 to October 17, 2022. The opening ceremony will take place on October 16, 2022 in Van Yen district center.

This year's festival will have many activities such as: Scientific workshop on Van Yen cinnamon; offering incense at Dinh Thap Cai, Vien Son - worshiping the ancestors who planted cinnamon; Exhibition of products, machinery, agricultural tools for growing and processing cinnamon products, OCOP products, local specialties; Trade fair for Vietnamese goods; cultural, artistic and sports activities; Competition for processing cinnamon products; Costume performance contest "Graceful maiden in cinnamon"; Exhibition of art photos of  Van Yen land and people; recreating some traditional cultural rituals of the Dao people; organizing traditional sports competitions...

Van Yen cinnamon Festival is an annual activity held to continue promoting the introduction and promotion of Van Yen cinnamon images and products to domestic and international friends, creating an condition for businesses to have the opportunity to participate, learn and exchang experiences on growing, processing and trading cinnamon products. This is a chance to preserve and promote the cultural values, scenic spots, relics and unique cultural values ​​of the Red Dao people associated with cinnamon trees for tourism development.
