During the past 27 years (1996 – 2023), the two provinces of Yen Bai and Val-de-Marne have overcome many difficulties and barriers of geographical distance, language, time and space, leadership. The people of the two provinces always cherish and cultivate to build a close, friendly and charitable relationship, contributing to deepening the comprehensive cooperation relationship between the two countries Vietnam and France.

The Government of the Republic of Korea (RoK) will provide a non-refundable aid package of 500,000 USD to improve living and learning environments for ethnic minority students in the northern province of Yen Bai.

On the side of the delegation, accompanied by Deputy Minister Nguyen Huu Do, there were representatives from the Department of Primary Education and the Department of Secondary Education.

Many of Yen Bai province’s specialties are now available at major supermarkets in Hanoi and other localities nationwide. Over the past few years, the province has promoted its products to sustain local farm production.

YBP - On April 1, the People's Committee of Yen Bai city held a meeting to meet businesses and production facilities of OCOP products in the city in 2023.

YBP - On March 30, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to evaluate the results of the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first three months of the year, and the implementation of tasks in April and the second quarter of 2023; approved the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the Conference.

In recent years, Van Yen district of Yen Bai province has focused on preserving culinary cultural values in association with developing tourism, contributing to luring more and more visitors to the locality.
