YBP - With nearly 20 ethnic groups living in 24 communes and towns, the people in Luc Yen have a traditional culture imbued with their own identity, which is traditional Tet, including the Dao Do. Although there have been many changes over time, those cultural beauties still preserve over the years.

YBP - In the evening of January 26, at the national historical relic of Nguyen Thai Hoc and the soldiers tombs who died in the Yen Bai revolt, Nguyen Thai Hoc ward, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province solemnly celebrated 89th anniversary of Yen Bai revolt (February 9, 1930 - February 9, 2019) and inaugurated the memorial zone belonging to the complex of national historical relics of Nguyen Thai Hoc and soldiers tombs who died in Yen Bai revolt.

In order to serve the needs of entertainment and Tet for the local people, this year, Yen Bai province organized a Walking Street at the beginning of Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Yen Bai city. Currently the project has been basically completed and attracted a lot of people and local tourists to visit and take photos.

YBP - In Decision No.2841/QD-UBND, the Provincial People's Committee decided to rank provincial relics for 4 relics in Van Yen district.

YBP - Yen Bai, which has a beautiful natural landscape, is home to 30 ethnic groups, with many distinct cultural features and bold identity. There are many historical and famous landmarks such as: Mu Cang Chai terraced fields, Thac Ba lake, Dong Cuong temple, ... creating an image of Yen Bai with rich potential to attract tourists.

YBP - Determining the advantages, potentials, investment in infrastructure, improving the business environment, accompanying enterprises, Yen Bai province has obtained impressive results in attracting investment, contributing to promoting local economic growth.

YBP - Suoi Tien temple is located in village 2 in To Mau commune, 13 km from Luc Yen district center to the west, on Luc Yen - Yen Bai road. The temple was built nearly 100 years ago by Tay people. On the 12th of January every year, the people eagerly organize a festival to pray the national and people to be peaceful; bumper crops.

YBP - Since 2013, Yen Bai province has implemented 212 scientific tasks, including 125 tasks in the field of agricultural and forestry production (accounting for 59% of the total tasks) with a total budget of over VND 41 billion.

Recently, Yen Bai province has continued to effectively implement the task of attracting investment and business development, focusing primarily on improving investment environment, seeking potential investors and effectively solve and simplify administrative procedures in investment.

In the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between Yen Bai Province and Vientiane Province (Laos) in 2018, from December 16, 2018 to December 22, 2018, the delegation of Yen Bai Province led by Mr. Vu Quy Dung, Director of the Foreign Service Center (Department of Foreign Affairs worked in Vientiane province to support Vientiane province in developing investment promotion materials.
