Implementing the foreign affairs program in 2024, from March 4 to March 8, Yen Bai provincial working delegation led by Mr. Do Duc Duy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial National Assembly delegation visited and worked in Korea.

On the afternoon of March 4, Yen Bai delegation visited the facilities, worked and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Yen Bai Vocational College and Songgok University in Gangwon province.
Mr. Wang Dukyang - Principal of Songgok University and Heads of a number of departments, divisions and units welcomed and worked with Yen Bai delegation.
Songgok University, which was established in 2003, is a leading private university in Gangwon. The trained fields in Songgok University include Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, and the Arts. Since its inception, the university has been committed to providing human resources training based on market demands, offering a standardized and culturally diverse educational system in a conducive learning environment
At the working session, Mr. Do Duc Duy expressed his joy, excitement and respectfully thanked the university leaders for welcoming, receiving and working with Yen Bai provincial delegation.
Mr. Do Duc Duy highly appreciated the physical facilities of the university, with well-invested and modernly designed classrooms and training equipment that are closely aligned with the practical needs of each field of study and profession. He gave general information to the university leaders about the potential and advantages of Yen Bai province as well as a number of training policies being implemented in the province.
He hoped that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Yen Bai Vocational College and Songgok University will bring practical effects for the development between the two sides, and contribute to the development of high-quality human resources in Yen Bai Province in the future, as well as create opportunities for Yen Bai laborers to seek employment in the South Korean market.
He also proposed a training link between the two schools in the direction of enrolling students and training for 1 year in Yen Bai, then continuing to train for 1 to 2 years in Korea so that students have the opportunity to job search association right in the Korean market. This is a very important basis for Yen Bai students to improve their skills and practical experience.
